Michel is done. So is Gajarsa. Newman only has one slot open.

I just checked OSCAR and Gajarsa is still accepting apps.
What about Clevenger?
Gajarsa is indeed still accepting applications for 2008.
Has anyone heard anything from Schall or Rader?
Rader has at least one spot for 2008.

Lourie has filled all positions.

Prost called. Sounds like she has a ton of interviews.

He doesn't have any positions listed on OSCAR or on the Federal Law Clerk Information System. Care to share where this position is listed?
Any word on Bryson, Dyk, Gajarsa, Newman, Schall, or Rader?
Newman will make her final selections by Friday.
Dyk, Gajarsa, and Schall made calls on Sept. 11.
Schall is still making calls for interviews as of this morning, Sept. 13
Did Judge Newman call on Friday?
Rader is interviewing but doesn't plan to give offers for several months.
Newman made offers today. I believe she only had 1 slot and she filled it.
Has anyone heard from Bryson?

what's with the judges making offers for '09 already?
dyk hired one from harvard.
Dyk also hired a 3L from Texas.
dyk also hired one from georgetown.
Dyk is done.
I heard Moore has filled spots for '09.
Judge Prost is still open...don't know for how many spots, though.
Schall is done.
One of Schall's clerks is from Iowa. Also, Rader has supposedly hired an Iowa alum.
Moore hired at least two for 2009, but she has a third spot still open, and may be taking on a fourth clerk starting next year.
Speaking of which, I suspect several CAFC judges may be looking again later in the year for 08-09 if they get funding approved for a fourth law clerk (and they decide to take the option).
that would be silly for the judges to take on another clerk. They really don't need that.
Any information on Judge Silberman?
Judge Silberman is still awaiting his appointment to the Federal Circuit.
Gajarsa made calls on Sep. 21 to set up interviews.
Anyone comment on the success of a Court of Federal Claims clerk moving to the Federal Circuit for a subsequent, appellate clerkship?
Judge Schall also took one from Penn and one from GWU.
Any word from Bryson?
Bryson and Prost have finished, don't know since when.
Linn has posted a new opening that says "Position
contingent on Congressional approval of
fourth law clerk position." Does anyone know the status of this one? Did Congress approve the fourth law clerk position?
