Have the NM judges started calling yet?
Browning is scheduling interviews and will be following the hiring plan.
Has anyone heard from Black?
I haven't, but I have no ties to NM.
Parker has begun making calls to schedule interviews.
Is Judge Parker known for unique interviewing techniques?
Parker relies very heavily on the opinions and input of his current clerks.
Does anyone know anything in particular about Johnson? Interview techniques, pet topics etc.?
I believe that all NM District Court Judges view a Tenth Circuit reversal as a badge of honor, to be worn with pride. If you mention that fact in your interview, you should be OK.
Brack has sent "no thank you" emails via OSCAR.
Browning has hired one.
Where is Browning's hire from?
I interviewed with Black and Browning last week.
Browning indicated he was interviewing 8-10 candidates and hoped to make a decision on September 24. He said he was looking for a clerk with strong ties to New Mexico.
Black was just beginning interviews. His clerks said he takes a long time and not to expect to hear from him for at least a month.
Browning is done.

Is Johnson done??? I heard he was going to hire at the end of the month (last month).
Are Johnson and Parker done?
Has anybody heard from Conway?
Johnsons is done. Cornell.
Parker has told candidates that he will make a hire by Friday, Oct. 5th or Monday Oct. 8th, latest.
I have been told that Judge Conway is still taking applications.
Monday is a federal holiday...so perhaps he meant Tuesday?
Has Judge Parker hired yet?? Hate to point out the obvious but it is now Wed.

Not sure about Conway. I just got a rejection e-mail.
