11:40 am - I have it on good authority (another judge) that Judge Montgomery hires late -- she often doesn't call until at least October.

I don't know of anyone who has heard from Montgomery. I was told by profs that she typically interviews around the end of October, sometimes later.

Can someone confirm 10/25's post? I called Judge Montgomery's chambers and was told she was still reviewing resumes.
A person at my law school called Montgomery, and was told that applications are still being accepted.
