A new Middle Section Court of Appeals judge was just appointed on Tuesday. Another Middle Section appointment is expected before the end of the year. Middle Section judges are based in Nashville. Each judge will (probably) hire two clerks.
Who is the opening in the Middle Section that is going to lead to another appointment?
