Why are there only threads for some of the federal district courts and not one for each state's federal district courts?

We just hadn't finished things up. U.S. district courts are now totally up.

Why nothing for federal bankruptcy courts? District courts are not the only federal trial courts with clerkships . . .

Can you make the comments for each section pop-up in a different window? This would be easier then having to go back and forth on the pages.

Please add a section for the Court of Federal Claims judges. Thank you.

Can posters please include whether you're a current law student or graduate when posting that a particular judge is interviewing.

Do all federal judges (trial and appellate) follow the general hiring guidelines given to me by my school. That is, that the application process does not start until after labor day?

Is there a link to the archived posts from 2006 that I'm missing? The one at the bottom of the page seems to just reload the main page for 2007.

You're correct, the 2006 link at the bottom of the page does not link to the 2006-07 version of CNB, but instead merely establishes the e-architecture we used to create the 2007-08 site.

If you want to visit the 2006-07 CNB, visit this link, http://tcnb2006.blogspot.com/, but be forewarned the menu links on the righthand side no longer work. Instead, you must scroll down the page for the links to the individual courts.

I'm having trouble subscribing to a feed - the instructions say there is a link after the comments but it is not showing up for me!

8/31; 6:25,

The "Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom)" link at the bottom of each court's page should be your subscription link. Is there a particular court page that you're having problems with? Thanks.

Have there been problems with OSCAR? I'm a clerk and we have heard that not all the applications have posted. Does anyone know anything about this? Thanks and good luck to everyone!

Comments now have to be approved? That makes this blog fairly useless, as the whole point is to know ASAP when judges are calling.

Anonymous said...

This blog doesn't really work as well w/ moderation enabled if the moderater waits several hours b/t the post and confirming it. The info up about Judge Wesley on the Second Circuit, for example, is wrong, and I've tried to correct it.

Anonymous said...

Why has "comment moderation" been enabled the day before the judges are supposed to start calling under the plan?

Anonymous said...

So require approval for all posts & then don't even approve any over the course of an entire day?

Anonymous said...

It still didn't post the comments that people tried to post when you had it set to moderated. And now it has no info. Seems like it was totally useless this year - I bet Katherine is a bit sad about what happened to her pretty useful in theory blog.

All comments should now appear. Please let me know if they still prove elusive.

Why is there no section for state courts in Tennessee?

Dylan Drummond said...

Should be up there now, let me know if you have any more difficulties.

i posted this above (before realizing there was a place for complaints), so here it is again:

why isn't there a "wisconsin" under the magistrate/bankruptcy category?

thanks!

Dylan Drummond said...

9/15, 5:14,

Apparently, Wisconsin was posted, just not linked. However, should be linked under the Magistrate and Bankruptcy section now. Let me know if you experience any other problems, and good luck again this season.

I have an interview with a Circuit judge next week for a clerkship to start in the fall of 2009. I know he has also given at least one other interview. Maybe it's time to open up that season?

Dylan Drummond said...

Thanks for the heads-up. Yeah, we're working on getting the new site up and running ASAP.

care to share which circuit, 4:06PM? It would be much appreciated!
