Judge Lynn in Dallas is emailing for late August interviews.
Does anyone know if any of the Houston-based district judges are interviewing yet?
Almost all (if not all) of the Houston-based judges follow the hiring plan, so I have not heard of any interviewing yet.
Bkrptcy judges in Houston are calling.

3:20, I think it depends on the judge. What's the name of the judge you are waiting to hear from? Maybe we can help you determine if the judge has completed hiring--or at least extended offers.

Not sure when she started, but she was calling yesterday (10/9).
If you interview with JAck, you should ask the cthouse staff, clerks, marshals etc. how she is regarded.

O'Connor (NDTX) has hired two clerks already, both of whom came out of private practice, I believe. No more hiring for this year.
