I've heard Judge Marbley in the Southern District is calling folks to schedule interviews.
Wells' chambers said yesterday that she is still reviewing applications. She is in trial next week, so her interviews would probably be taking place later.
Watson conducted a first round of interviews a while back, with the hope of narrowing those interviewees down to a smaller group for call backs. I haven't heard anything about the call backs, but I imagine that he's already conducted them given his timeframe. (He wanted the new clerk to start, I believe, in January.)

Where did Carr, Gwin, and Zouhary hire from?
I heard Gwin hired from Harvard and Cincinnati. Not sure who his third clerk is...
Carr and Zouhary each hired a 3L from Northwestern.
Carr made an offer to a co-clerk of mine, who is a Marquette alum, but she had accepted a d.ct. offer elsewhere the day before.
