Anyone heard from Heyburn or Simpson (Western Dist.)?
Reeves is already interviewing.
Coffman has made some calls.
Heyburn has already hired one, from Vanderbilt.
Anybody know about Bunning in E.D.?
Bunning made calls this morning.
Reeves hired one from Indiana.
McKinley has hired two. One is from Louisville, the other I know not where.
Anybody heard from Van Tatenhove or Caldwell?
McKinley's other hire is from Indiana.
Hood is done per OSCAR.
Van Tatenhove called for interviews today.
Bunning (E.D.) is done.
Bunning's hire is from Indiana.

Does anyone know when Amul Thapar is supposed to have his Senate confirmation vote?
Thapar has been confirmed. Any details on applying to him or where his chambers will be? Rumor has it that he's going to be in Pikeville, but I'm not sure if this is true.
Thapar will be in London, KY.
Judge Reeves still hiring for Sept 08 - Sept 09 season?
Has Thapar start his hiring yet? If not, does anyone know when he will?
Reeves called today to set up an interview for Friday.
Judge Reeves hired one from Texas Law. All his positions are now filled.
Judge Thapar is done hiring for 08-09.
That was fast, did Thapar hire without opening up the application process to students at large?
I guess so. I hadn't heard anything from Thapar.
