re Wisconsin Court of Appeals judges - there is no easy way to learn of their openings short of calling chambers (I only ever saw one WI COA posting while in law school - MKE COA - MU alum - posted at MU). Some have career clerks, and a lot of the others do 2 year terms. If you are interested, I would suggest calling.
Soon to be Justice Gableman will be hiring a law clerk. Addressing inquiries to the circuit court where he presently serves would be the suggested practice.

Justice Roggensack is done for 2008-2009.
Based on a call to chambers, Justice Ziegler is not hiring for 2008-2009.
Anybody know anything about the court of appeals' judges?

Bradley filled her position.
...and Abrahamson decided to keep her current clerk for a second year.
Crooks or Prosser?
Prosser is done - hired from Marquette.
Crooks and Butler have not yet started interviewing.
I received an email from J. Crooks today to schedule an interview for later this month.
Justice Crooks is apparently done given the thanks but no thanks letter just received after an interview with him. Anyone know where he hired from?
